Production Planning Control

Our Production Planning and Control team is expanding!

ZUK Systems is a high-end subcontractor for manufacturing and managing Hi-Tech machinery for local corporates and international companies. We are required to the highest quality standards with increased flexibility and fast responsiveness.

What are you going to do?

• Subordinate to the pp&c team leader.
• The pp&c team monitor and control the material flow and the assemblies' progress on the production floors to the client’s needs. As a team member, you will work side by side with the production team leaders and the procurement personnel and maintain daily contact with the company’s clients.
• Planning the monthly delivery plan and the weekly production plan with the production manager.
• Weekly monitor and assurance of the production progress by the weekly delivery plan.
• Performing weekly meetings with the operations team leaders to ensure compliance with production plans.
• Succeed the clients’ KPI.
• Collaboration with the following departments: Logistics, production, Engineering, quality assurance, and procurement.

Our candidates' background requirements:

• Working experience – minimum of 3 years experience in the supply chain field as pp&c (“tapi”) or planner in the technology arena, preferably in a medium/sizeable Hi-Tech company
• Language skills – a good level of speaking and reading in English is necessary.
• ERP system - working experience with known ERP systems.
• Microsoft Office utilities - experience using the Microsoft tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook) is a must. In addition, knowledge of using formulas (such as "Vlookup") and pivot in Excel is mandatory.
