Products Team Leader for a successful Int'l beauty company!

A leading consumer goods / beauty company is looking for a Products Team Leader.

This person is responsible for developing new products, improving existing products, and working with international teams.

Executive position (reports to CEO) with broad responsibility for all aspects of product management, from the stage of planning the product marketing strategy, including an annual work plan, managing product development processes, packaging development, managing and guiding product managers in their day-to-day work, planning and managing product launches, reporting analysis, ongoing monitoring of brand performance, cross-functional management and ongoing communication with internal interfaces related to product lines in units: sales, operations, analytics, and marketing communication.

Responsibilities:

• Plan product development strategy
• Manage the product development process, from ideation to marketing
• Work with international teams, including China
• Manage budgets and goals
• Manage a team of product managers

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree is required, Master's degree is a plus.
• Fluent in Hebrew and English.
• At least 3 years of experience as a senior brand manager, marketing manager, or marketing director in a company.
• Experience in consumer products marketing.
• Experience in team leadership, motivating employees, and managing interfaces.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple interfaces and tasks simultaneously.
• Strong execution skills, with a strategic vision.
• Prominent creativity and initiative.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
