QA Team Leader

Our platform deploys real-world attacks using reverse-engineered malware onto a virtual corporate network, allowing users to defend against live attacks using commercial-grade security tools to effectively train cybers professionals in industry-standard detection, response, and attack mitigation techniques.

This complex product consists of an application, complex real-life cyber scenarios that run on the cloud (AWS) and on-premise (VMWare).

We are looking for a performance-driven QA team leader to join us and demonstrate the ability to take our product's quality to new heights.

Our aim is to enable the best quality releases of our product to our customers while meeting strict timelines. As the QA team leader you will be interacting with Product Management, Software Architects and Professional Services. You will be exposed to various technologies (e.g. AWS), technical subjects (e.g. cyber), assist in defining the requirements and design the desired architecture.

What you'll be doing:

• Responsible for the quality aspects of all releases, including overall testing plan and follow up.
• Responsible for for the overall quality status of the release including Go-noGo recommendations.
• Responsible for all Regression tests, functional and non-functional, automatic and manual.
• Define requirements from automation.
• Responsible for all environments needed for the testing.
• Responsible for the early availability and real-life testing plan.
• Responsible for the interface with the Professional service, support and Sales engineers - before and after release.
• Responsible for End-to-end tests of cross team and complex features.
• Recruit QA personnel
• Responsible for the professional improvement of QA personnel in QA aspects.
• Responsible for defining and following up on best practices of QA.
• Responsible for creating quality metrics.

Requirements

• 3+ years of QA management experience.
• Strong technical skills of complex systems.
• Proven strong background in QA methodologies and tools.
• Understanding and experience in agile Methodology.
• Ability to work under pressure with strict deadlines, prioritize projects.
• Excellent organizational skills; self driven; Attention to details.
• Technical skills on the cloud (preferred on AWS).
• Knowledge in networking, OSes and cyber (defense and offense) – an advantage.
• Understanding and experience in agile Methodology – an advantage.
• Familiarity with automation testing methodology and tools – an advantage.
