Revuze is a startup with a mission to revolutionize the way in which market research is being conducted by collecting millions of consumer reviews from the top e-tailers and turning them into actionable insights at a click. The most world renowned brands in the electronics, cosmetics, apparel, hygiene and food industry, are currently using Revuze to improve their competitive positioning and product development/innovation road map.

We are looking for a Controller to join our Finance team. An amazing opportunity to join a fast-growing startup and be our first controller, reporting to the company CFO.

What will you do?

• Own and be an integral part of the monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidated financial reporting process, I/C transactions and periodic analysis
• Preparation of the annual tax returns and other statutory reporting requirements for the IL entity. Manage the compliance and tax filings for the foreign subsidiaries in the US and Canada.
• Oversee bookkeeping and accounting, and ensure quality control over all financial transactions
• Take integral part in the transition to NetSuite
• Take part in the set up and ownership over Budget vs. Actual monthly reporting.
• Interface with external audit firms and tax consultants
• Perform ad-hoc financial analysis

What are we looking for?

• CPA, Internship in one of the Big 4 accounting firms – a must
• Experience with Hi-Tech companies and strong knowledge of US GAAP
• 1-2 years of experience (post-internship)
• Experience in a global high-tech/startup company as controller or Assistant Controller – a strong advantage
• Experience in preparation of financial statements and implementation of accounting principles
• Fluent communication in English (written and verbal)
• Knowledge in ERP systems (Priority and Netsuite) – an advantage.
• High Proficiency in Excel
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Motivation and multi-tasking skills with a problem-solving attitude
• Responsible and deadline oriented with the ability to work in a fast-paced work environment.
