We’re looking for a Learning Coordinator to join our global HR team and be a part of the ongoing effort to grow the company while shaping its culture and vibe.

Reporting to the Director, Global HR COE

Responsibilities:

Online Learning Platform Management:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of our online learning platform, ensuring its functionality and accessibility.
• Maintain and update course content, user profiles, and learning resources.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide user support.
  
  

• Collaborate with HR and department managers to identify training needs and objectives.
• Coordinate training schedules, registrations, and logistics.
• Monitor and track training program attendance and completion.
  
  

• Development and enhancement of training materials, including presentations, e-learning modules, videos, and documentation.
• Work with subject matter experts to convert content into engaging and effective learning resources.
• Ensure that learning materials are aligned with instructional design best practices.
  
  

• Collect and analyze data related to learning initiatives, platform usage, and training effectiveness.
• Prepare regular reports to evaluate the impact of learning programs and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
  
  

• Stay current with industry trends and best practices in online learning and instructional design.
• Identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency gains in learning administration.
  
  

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in online learning coordination and instructional design.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS) and other relevant software tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently.
• Creative problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
