Full Stack Team Leader

Unity is looking for a Full-Stack Team Leader with strong backend skills to join our R&D team and lead one of our major p roducts.

As a part of the team you will lead Ad Quality product's platform team, while improving performance, scalability, and availability of the platform and its high-scale backend services. In addition, you will take part in building new features and functionality.

Responsibilities:

• Lead a full stack development team
• Work closely with different teams such as Product, DevOps and Support.
• Recruit, train and coach team members and set a high technical bar for the team.
• You will lead hands-on aspects of the development cycle including code and design reviews.
• You will lead the product development full lifecycle from early stages to production.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience as an R&D team leader, leading a web based product development, with a strong understanding of backend services.
• 2+ years of experience with server side languages (such as Go, Node.js, Ruby, Scala, Python).
• 2+ years of experience with one of the following frameworks: Vue, React, Angular or similar.
• 2+ years of experience with databases (SQL / NoSQL).
• 2+ years of experience with a cloud provider like AWS or GCP.
• Experience in design and implementation of data pipelines & ETLs.
• B.Sc. in computer science (or an equivalent degree).
• Familiarity with SCRUM/Agile.
• Continuous integration tools and practices.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Can-do attitude!
• Strong people skills.
