AV Platform NPI group is responsible for transferring AV new products/projects from R&D to Production by selecting and engaging with sustainable suppliers & contract manufactures while optimizing the design towards manufacturing.

What will your job look like?

Work in collaboration with the engineering teams on new products suppliers selection
Support supplier/Contract Manufacture selection and new products costing – bill of materials (BOM) cost & Manufacturing cost estimations
Work with different Contract manufactures and challenge their quotes & Implement cost reduction
Search and approve alternative sources for production flexibility improvement and cost optimization, monitor excess and obsolete components
Implement improved agreement terms with suppliers and contract manufacturers
Coordinate and collaborate with internal teams
Provide regular updates to management on Cost reduction and new Products costing processes

All you need is:

Strong Supply chain/Procurement/NPI experience (preferably in automotive/consumer electronics devices)
Experience with global contract manufacturers management and suppliers management
Knowledgeable in different supply chain processes and wide range of suppliers/CMs
Experience in ERP and PLM systems
Proficient in written and verbal communication in English and Hebrew. other languages are an advantage
Able and willing to travel as needed
