DevOps & MLOps Engineer for AI Solutions

Job Description

A cutting-edge group who leads AI in Intel is hiring a talented DevOps & MLOps engineer for AI solutions.

As part of the AI Solution group, you will be working in a diverse and dynamic group, who owns delivering transformational AI solutions across Intel.

You will be responsible for cutting edge platforms/big data technologies, working on innovative state-of-the-art LLMOps/MLOps services landed both on-prem and on public cloud providers including 'Intel® Developer Cloud'.

What will your job look like?

• Responsible for daily operations and maintenance of large-scale production Kubernetes clusters and CI/CD infrastructure that are being used for all our AI platforms and solutions (hundreds of servers globally).
• Build deployment infrastructure to be reused by MLE/DS/Product and assist them in adopting the infrastructure and resolve problems related to system and deployments.
• Design and build MLOps processes/tools/library to support the AI infrastructure.
• Create Health Metrics, Dashboards, Alerts and automatic actions for the infrastructure and critical applications.
• Architect & Implement Security systems and guardrails
• Leverage scripting to setup & automate development, testing, staging, and production systems for new services.
• Support application deployments, building new systems and upgrading/patching existing ones.
• Guiding groups of MLE for cloud architecture and cloud/k8s usage.
• Building and maintaining CI/CD for on-prem & cloud systems.
• Troubleshoot production issues and develop automatic self-healing processes.
• Explore new technologies to keep the AI group up to date with cutting edge technologies.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of hands-on experience as a DevOps with practical DevOps experience.
• Solid Linux system administration skills.
• Experience with containerized environments and microservices (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Experience with CI/CD tools and methodologies such as: Jenkins, ArgoCD, team city, git actions, etc.
• Experience with development in python or bash.
  
  

Preferred Skills And Qualifications (An Advantage)

• Experience with applications and tooling including SQL/NoSQL DBs, Kafka, Elasticsearch, Monitoring (Zabbix, Grafana, Prometheus).
• Solid understanding of security frameworks.
• Knowledge of workflow management tools such as Airflow and Kubeflow.
• Job location available at all Intel campuses (Haifa/Jerusalem/Petach Tikva/Kiryat Gat).

Working Model

This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site.
