Logistic and Delivery manager

We are looking for a Logistic Manager to oversee the entire delivery process of products and goods.

Scheduling both inbound and outbound shipments domestic and international transportation, tracking and monitoring of freight to ensure each product arrives on time to all locations in the world.

Leading improvements in logistics operation, facilitating a logistic solution in the US and in other locations. Leads and implements logistics projects to improve process, productivity, and transportation efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Strategically plan and manage global logistics solutions, partners, routing guides, transportation, and customer service
• Work with teams to resolve delivery issues track, trade compliance and monitor freight and goods arrive on time, manage shipments customers where White Gloves delivery services.
• Third-Party Logistics (3PL) - create and maintain a robust Logistics infrastructure to support spare parts delivery SLAs, manage replenishments, RMAs, and reverse logistics processes. Provide creative solutions to Spare Parts logistics-related issues.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess logistics performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions.
• Responsible for order fulfilment, monitoring of sales orders and work orders while ensuring on-time fulfilment according to company/ customers SLAs / deadlines.
• Overcome logistics obstacles to ensure delivery is made in line with internal and external customers’ requirements.
• Maintaining and developing relationships with current, and potential service providers. Key interface between service providers and Supply Chain.
• Developing, measuring, reporting process and performance metrics to drive improvements and cost productivity initiatives with service providers.
• Working cross-functionally with sourcing, Sales, operations, supply chain, Support, and finance to identify improvement opportunities and implement successful changes.
• Responsible for maintaining master parts list and proving export classifications, HTS codes, ECCNs.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in a global company managing similar positions
• Strong knowledge of international trade regulations, customs procedures, and transportation modes (air, ocean, road) in North America, EMEA, and APAC regions, white gloves shipping and operation of logistics 3PL companies
• Experience in managing TK logistics (sub-contractors) in multiple locations
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, decision making and organizational skills
• Ability to think and operate independently
• Flexible schedule and willing to work overtime when required
• Good verbal and written English skills - Mandatory
• Proven experience in JIRA and ERP systems - NetSuite - An advantage
• Experience with logistics and transportation in US- Advantage
