Business Applications Manager

The Business Applications Manager will lead the design, acquisition, development, integration, implementation and maintenance of all applications that support the business operations at Pipl. This includes CRM (Salesforce), Marketing Automation (HubSpot), Subscriptions, Billing and any other systems.

You will be working with various departments in Pipl including Sales, Marketing, Engineering, Customer Support and IT to help our teams efficiently work with scalable processes and systems. You will provide functional, technical, and process management, while partnering with all departments to understand needs and drive the delivery solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the design, acquisition, development, integration, implementation and maintenance of all applications supporting the business operations at Pipl.
• Define the requirements, priorities and roadmap of our business systems and translate them into actionable plans.
• Work effectively cross-functionally with stakeholders across the teams to understand goals, needs and deliver process improvements through systems.
• Support teams with system and process development, implementation and training.
• Create an environment that facilitates easy and flexible access to data across systems.
• Manage vendors that are part of our application solutions.
  
  

• 5+ years of business systems management or related experience, background in business systems analysis and/or product management.
• 2+ years of salesforce administration, and 1 year of Hubspot administration experience (hands-on experience is mandatory).
• Proven expertise in the ability to collaborate across-departments to understand and collect business and technical needs.
• Successful project management experience with a focus on business systems’ implementation.
• Experience in a high-tech, high-growth organization.
• Availability to work during US hours.
• English as a native tongue (spoken/written).
