We are looking for an enthusiastic Production, Planning & Control Manager for our Factory in Jerusalem.
Job responsibilities:
- Responsible for carrying out and executing production plans according to company’s objectives.
- Manage the operational production team and monitor each step including fixing errors along the way.
- Have a keen eye for detail and understand how to optimize the production process by making continuous improvements.
- Collaborate with engineering, supply, and customer success teams to ensure efficient operations and improve the overall customer experience.
- Serve as the key liaison between production, engineering, and customer support to guarantee the highest level of customer satisfaction.
- Foster strong relationships with manufacturing contractors and suppliers while ensuring their compliance with quality, timeline, and budgets.
- Receive forecasts, orders and converting them into production plans.
- Tracking shortages and fix them in a timely manner.
- Uphold industry regulations, quality standards, and safety protocols to ensure the well-being of our team and the quality of our output.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering or a similar field
- Experience in production management and production plans in the electronics manufacturing industry, preferably in a high-tech or EMS company.
- Team management experience.
- Hands-on experience in project management within a production environment, including the development and successful implementation of efficient work plans.
- Ability to manage and drive internal and external affairs in a systematic manner.
- Proven ability to lead and mentor teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills, with a keen ability to analyze data, identify trends, and implement corrective actions.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to seamlessly collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Familiarity with industry quality control principles, regulations, and safety protocols.
- Proficiency in relevant software tools and systems used in production planning and management.
