What is your mission?

Cellebrite is searching for a business-oriented Compliance Analyst who is familiar with regulatory and commercial matters and aspects of high-tech companies.

We are looking for a Compliance Analyst to ensure that our operations and business transactions follow all the company’s compliance program.

To succeed in this role, you should be a reliable professional who is not afraid to speak their mind and stand by their decisions. You should be familiar with risk management and our industry’s standards. If you also have a sharp business acumen, we’d like to meet you.

Your goal will be to ensure we operate in a legal and ethical manner while meeting our business objectives.

As a Compliance Analyst, you'll need to:

• Monitor adherence to the Company’s compliance program
• Investigate irregularities and non-compliance issues
• Ensure that your findings are well recorded and followed up with management so that issues can be rectified
• Vetting potential customers and partners of the company
• Report back to business functions on current risk and compliance performance
• Perform risk assessments to understand risk level, significance, and scope·
• Educate employees on the Company’s compliance program
• Assist in the gathering of internal information in response to regulatory requests
• Perform various general legal administrative duties

The superpowers we are looking for:

• Proven experience as a Compliance Analyst of 3-5 years
• Knowledge of legal requirements and controls (e.g. Anti-Money Laundering, FCPA, Anti-Fraud, and Privacy laws)
• BSc/BA in law, finance, business administration, or a related field
• Professional certification (e.g. Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional (CCEP)) is a plus
• Qualification to practice law in Israel - is a plus
• Experience working with internationally based teams
• Business acumen, attention to detail, great logical thinking
• Familiarity with industry practices and professional standards
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, Service-oriented;
• Integrity and professional ethics
• Ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment and fast-paced work environment
