The role includes:

- Planning production in the required quantity and time of dairy products, in accordance with defined parameters and business objectives.

- Constructing a weekly and daily production plan based on constraints and maintenance due to daily changes.

- Adjusting and constructing the production and shipment plan in coordination with the planning department.

- Continuous monitoring and tracking of the execution of production and shipments, analyzing gaps, drawing conclusions, and performing corrective activities.

- Implementing inventory policy according to the Dairy Operations Division policy.

- Monitoring marketing and production of products according to FEFO (First Expired, First Out).

- Establishing and managing product trees and department infrastructure, and overseeing them.

This temporary position is a maternity leave replacement.

What's needed?

- A Bachelor's degree in Economics/Business Administration/Industrial Engineering and Management/Logistics.

- Experience working in the field of production planning and control in general and in food production in particular is an advantage.

- Proficiency in the Office environment, with emphasis on Excel.
