What we’re looking for:
A sales professional with direct and indirect work experience in selling to Communication Service Providers (CSPs) in Africa.
This role is for a significant individual contributor with a high level of expertise in the field and technical orientation capable to understand customer needs and, together with sales engineering support, provide them the right solutions.
The position is based in Israel – Hod Hasharon.
What you will do:
- Identify and “hunt” new sales opportunities in both existing and new Communication Service Providers in Africa
- Manage the relationships with existing clients in the region, both C-level and working level.
- Create awareness & demand for Company’s solutions, directly with customers and via use of channel partners.
- Manage Opportunity pipeline using “salesforce” and provide timely and accurate reports to management.
- Proactively drive new business by working with multiple departments within Allot (Product, Legal, finance, legal & customer success) in order to facilitate the business.
- Manage the communication and internal coordination of Allot’s support infrastructure: sales support and executive team to ensure customer education and satisfaction
- Serve as point of escalation for customer issues and proactively monitor status to ensure customer satisfaction
What you should have:
- 10+ years Sales and Account Management experience, selling into Communications Service Providers (CSP’s) in Africa specifically
- Experience selling to multiple departments within the CSPs, including network, CTO, procurement, and business groups
- Team player – ability to work within and as part of a team
- Experience selling complex and integrated solutions within the networking space; additional experience selling cybersecurity solutions is an advantage.
- Proven experience in “hunting” for new accounts and winning New Logo’s within the CSP domain.
- Exceptional ability to influence decision makers in multiple departments
- Consistent, year on year, high performance track record
- Willingness to travel and spend up to 50% of the time on customer premises in Africa as required.
- Excellent verbal, written and presentation & communication skills required
- Proficient in the English language.
