Responsibilities:

Fundraising: Lead fundraising efforts to secure the necessary resources for research and development, forging strategic partnerships and securing investments to advance our mission.

Healthcare Leader with a Business mindset: Ability to build a company. Expand the company’s footprint, relationship, and collaboration with global stake holders (companies & physicians).

Project Management: Manage both internal and outsourced activities in collaboration with Contract Research Organizations (CROs), ensuring efficient and effective project execution.

CMC & Tech-transfer: Complete the development process through non-clinical IND-enabling studies.

Clinical: First in Human (FIH) study design and execution of the company’s FIH studies.

Qualifications:

Fundraising: Business Leader with capital-raising capabilities.

Educational Background: M.Sc.\Ph.D. in life sciences and\or MBA (Advantage).

Biotechnology Experience: Considerable experience in the development and development process of pharmaceuticals. ENT experience (significant advantage).

Project Leadership: Proven experience in managing subcontractors, designing, and executing CMC activities, pre-clinical studies and regulatory processes and activities.
