Frontend Team lead

A Fintech B2C company that develops a digital banking service in an application for iOS and Android. The company is developing an all-inclusive solution that allows freelancers in the United States from all sectors to open a digital bank account with all the necessary tools to manage their finances. The system is based on artificial intelligence and provides users with insights and suggestions for improving their financial management.

The role involves managing a team of 2 developers, with approximately 60-70% hands-on work. They write in React 100%. This position involves a lot of ground-up development, as they have shifted their business focus and now target small business owners, developing many new features in their B2C system.

The company is located in Tel Aviv, close to a train station, and offers one work-from-home day.

EQUIREMENTS

• 5+ years of professional experience in frontend development, with a strong focus on web technologies.

• 3+ years of experience in a leadership or management role, preferably as a team lead or technical lead.

• Deep understanding of the Web development process.

• Expertise in frontend technologies - preferably React.

• Proven experience in the design and implementation of highly scalable and distributed web applications.

• Excellent troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve technical challenges.

• Strong teamwork and communication skills with the ability to guide and mentor others on professional matters
