SAP SuccessFactors Consultant - Israel based

As one of the largest SAP Cloud People Solutions consulting firms in the EMEA region, AKT is expanding its team in Israel and recruiting SAP SuccessFactors Consultants and System Administrators for: Core HR, Recruiting, Performance and Goals Management, Succession & Career Development, LMS.

SAP SuccessFactors is a cloud-based software for Human Capital Management, supporting topics in Human Resources, such as learning management systems, payroll, talent management, analytics, workforce planning, and more.

This is a customer facing role, open to candidates living in Israel, working hybrid mode and open for a part-time or a full-time position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support customer HR team with project-related tasks and technical activities, such as data migration and cleansing, testing, configuration, and daily activities post go-live
• Prepare training materials and system-related communications, and technical documents including test scenarios based on the design
• Work closely with the customer on the testing and training sessions
• Contribute to the process design and technical activities required across the full project implementation lifecycle (according to AKT’s defined methodologies)
• Track the progress of the technical build and communicate the progress with the Project Manager(s)

Job Requirements:

• Experience working directly with customers and managing their requirements
• Professional presentation and communication skills (both written and oral, Hebrew & English)
• Experience with Core HR / Talent processes – an advantage
• Experience working with SAP SuccessFactors – a huge advantage
• Good knowledge of HCM concepts – an advantage
• Experience working in global companies - an advantage
• Certified in one or more SAP SuccessFactors modules – an advantage
