Product Manager

An international high-tech company in the Security sector, primarily specializing in Web Application Firewall solutions. The product effectively offers protection for web properties, catering to both small businesses and website owners who may not be able to afford extensive hardware and licensing costs for existing solutions, and often lack the know-how to operate them. The product is successful and in demand, and the development team is highly skilled.

Job Description:

Part of the Cloud WAF team, reporting to the Product Director. Inbound + Outbound responsibilities.

The company is situated the central region of Israel, close to the train station. They offer a hybrid work model with 3 days from home.

Requirements

• 5 years of enterprise products product management experience (e.g., creating strategic product roadmap(s) from conception to launch and working with cross-functional teams).

• Experience driving the product vision, go-to-market strategy, and design discussions.

• Experience in leading products in the cyber-security space - advantage

• Experience and knowledge in modern architecture and cloud technologies.

• Experience working with and understanding the needs of customers or clients

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, to be able to interact at all levels and be effective as part of a broader team.

• Ability to lead a cross-functional team through influence, and to engage with senior leadership

• Ability to manage expectations and handle high-pressure situations with tight deadlines

• Proven analytical skills decision-making ability based on quantitative and qualitative data

• Comfort with working remotely, with a geographically distributed team

• Travel of about 1-2 weeks each quarter
