Bookkeeper

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist with month-end/quarterly/yearly closings including general ledger account reconciliations and journal entries
• Handle AP/AR including vendor onboarding, invoice approval, and procession
• Treasury and payroll preparation, activities, benefits, and reimbursements in Israel and abroad
• Assist with the preparation of financial reports
• Improving and developing accounting policies and procedures
• Comply with all related laws and regulations pertaining to the position and country
• Act as a focal point for all financial and payroll-related matters
• Thrive in a fast-paced dynamic and ever-changing environment
• Help with data organization and book entry preparation for an external payroll company
• Availability for a full-time position in Tel Aviv (On-Site).

REQUIREMENTS:

• Certified bookkeeper (1+2+3) – a must
• 3+ years’ experience in a similar role from a global high-tech or multi-national company – a must
• Experience working with NetSuite – a must
• Experience with foreign subsidiaries
• High level of communication skills in written and spoken English
• Strong Excel skills
• Service-oriented, team player
• Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment
