Interior Designer

Iscar is a leading multinational metal cutting tools company based in Migdal Tefen, Israel. Our planning department is specializing in industrial interior design, creating innovative and functional spaces that meet our unique needs worldwide. We are currently seeking an experienced Interior Designer to join our planning team.

Job Description:

As an Interior Designer, you will be responsible for planning and designing interior spaces, showcasing your creative and detail-oriented approach. You will collaborate with our planning team to create functional and aesthetically pleasing designs that align with the company's requirements. The ideal candidate will possess a B.DES degree or equivalent in architecture, with proven experience working for a design or architecture firm.

Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with the planning team to develop innovative and functional interior designs

- Create detailed design plans, including layouts, color schemes, and materials selection

- Select furniture, fixtures, and finishes that enhance the overall design concept

- Ensure adherence to project timelines and budgets

- Communicate and coordinate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders throughout the design process

Requirements:

- B.DES degree or architectural practical engineer.

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an architectural firm

- Strong orientation towards interior design – a definite advantage

- Proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp – mandatory

- Familiarity with Revit – an advantage

- Excellent command of English (working with international clients) – mandatory

- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team
