User Acquisition Lead

Job description:

You will work under the SVP of User Acquisition and will manage a team of user acquisition managers.

This position requires meeting client expectations and deadlines, being organized, and having time management skills.

You must have a strong understanding of the various user acquisition channels and tactics available, as well as excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the ongoing management of user acquisition managers.
• Manage their workload professionally, including setting performance goals and providing guidance and support.
• Manage large-scale PPC campaigns in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn, TikTok, Taboola, Outbrain, Twitter, etc.
• Analyzing and interpreting data to inform decisions and optimize user acquisition efforts.
• Handle all aspects of campaign management, marketing strategy implementation, and direct client interactions.
• Work with the company's creative team to develop creatives for paid campaigns

Requirements:

• A minimum of 3 years of experience as a User Acquisition Manager
• Experience in a leadership role - an advantage
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
• The ability to inspire and motivate a team to achieve success
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Experience managing budgets and allocating resources effectively
• English at a very high level - a must
