Senior Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager -CRM to lead our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) projects. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering CRM solutions that align with the organization's goals and objectives.

Responsibilities

-Responsible for all aspects of the projects: defining requirements, creating a work plan, leading --- -work teams, identifying risks, monitoring execution, adhering to the schedule and budget, from the initial concept to deployment.

-Matrix management of activities.

-Ongoing and high-quality communication with the product.

-Direct communication with various internal and external users

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• 4 years of experience in leading complex projects with a budget of tens of millions of shekels.
• 4 or more years of experience in matrix management and leading complex processes with a proven performance.
• 5 years of experience and deep knowledge in development and testing processes.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience and familiarity with various technological environments, including advanced technologies
