What You Will Do:

As the CTO & Co-Founder of Glori, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our technology stack and driving innovation, not only for the current phase but also for the automated future we envision. Your responsibilities will include:

• Building the Tech Team: Recruit and lead a talented team of developers and engineers to support both our current freelancer-based approach and our future automated platform.
• Product Development: Oversee the development of our digital marketing tools, ensuring they seamlessly adapt to the changing needs of our clients.
• Hands-on Coding: Actively contribute to the codebase and lead by example as we build and refine our technology solutions.
• Data and Analytics: Utilize data-driven insights to continuously improve and optimize our marketing solutions as we transition towards full automation.
