Cloud Support Engineer
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our government office as a Cloud Infrastructure Operations Lead.
In this role, you will play a critical part in managing and optimizing our cloud infrastructure to support the organization's digital initiatives.
Requirements:
- Profound knowledge and extensive experience with various AWS services, including EC2, S3, RDS, VPC, IAM, CloudWatch, CloudFormation, and others.
- Strong understanding of AWS network concepts, including VPC, subnets, routing tables, security groups, and network access control lists (ACLs).
- Experience with scripting languages such as Python, PowerShell, or AWS CLI for task automation, deployments, and routine configurations.
- Experience in diagnosing and resolving infrastructure and AWS service issue
