Head of Data Development Department

Responsibilities:

• Manage and lead teams responsible for developing and operating data infrastructures and MLOPS processes.
• Develop an annual work plan and technological roadmap aligned with the strategic data plan.
• Manage the development methodology and execute budget and schedule quality controls for development and data infrastructures using Agile methodology.
• Oversee examination processes for advanced tools and solutions to provide a technological response to business needs.
• Lead projects aimed at increasing automation in the field of data operations.
• Collaborate regularly with the data manager and provide timely responses to the data infrastructure needs of the organization.
• Ensure the availability and survivability of all data systems and infrastructures.
• Establish a program for the professional development of data developers.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in exact sciences/engineering or training in Business Intelligence (BI).
• Experience with Oracle databases.
• In-depth understanding of Data Warehouse architecture and complex BI models.
• Experience with ETL tools (preference for Informatica/Datastage/Talend).
• Experience in NOSQL (advantageous for MongoDB/SNOWFLAKE).
• Experience in data infrastructures in a cloud environment is advantageous.

Management Experience:

• At least 2 years of management experience as the head of a development group, overseeing team leaders.
• At least 7 years of experience in managing and developing BI models.
