About the opportunity:

Zotapay is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to join our dynamic R&D Department. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful execution of various projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and meet the highest quality standards.

What you will do:

• Lead the in-house R&D Team to deliver projects and features related to our main product - a Processing Gateway - on time and within scope
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables
• Develop and maintain project plans, including schedules, resource allocation, and risk management strategies
• Coordinate and communicate project progress, issues, and changes to stakeholders and team members
• Identify and resolve project roadblocks and mitigate risks to ensure project success
• Ensure effective communication and collaboration among team members
• Ensure project documentation is complete, accurate, and up-to-date
• Track and analyze performance metrics
• Identify opportunities for process improvement within the MetaGate development cycle
• Proven experience as a Project Manager in the software or technology industry
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices relevant to software development
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Proficiency in project management tools and software
• Strong attention to detail, especially when it comes to software specifications
