Yael Group is a dynamic and rapidly growing organization. We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Accountant to join our finance team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in managing the financial activities of our group companies and ensuring accurate and compliant financial reporting.
Responsibilities:
As an Accountant at Yael Group, you will have a diverse range of responsibilities, including:
- Preparation of RVA Reports: Take ownership of the process for preparing RVA (Revenue, Expense, and Variance Analysis) reports for our group companies.
- Cash Flow Management: Manage and monitor the cash flow of our group companies, ensuring liquidity and financial stability.
- Financial Reporting: Assist the Chief Accountant in closing financial records and preparing annual reports in both English and Hebrew, including annual tax reports.
- Budgeting and Forecasting: Be responsible for developing and maintaining budgets and forecasts for our group companies, ensuring financial goals are met.
- Due Diligence and Acquisition Support: Collaborate on due diligence activities and assist in the assimilation of acquired companies into our financial systems and processes.
- Financial Process Management: Assume full responsibility for overseeing and optimizing the current financial processes within our group companies.
Job Requirements:
- 2-3 years of experience in a similar accounting position, preferably in a commercial or project company.
- Strong business acumen with an understanding of operational processes.
- CPA certificate is mandatory.
- Experience with an ERP system, with a preference for expertise in NetSuite.
- Proficiency in spreadsheet software, particularly Microsoft Excel.
- Experience with a Big 5 accounting firm- must.

- Excellent communication skills in both English and Hebrew.
