Mobile Manager

-Experience of at least 5 years of experience in managing at least 3 development teams / 15 people or more, including management of authorized teams in teams that develop modern, multi-user mobile applications, in a complex environment and architecture

-Proven experience of leading development teams in LEAN AGILE methodologies such as SCRUM or KANBAN

-Implementation of innovative and up-to-date methodologies, work tools and processes related to the areas of development and testing in the DIGITAL worlds

• Ability to manage personal and professional crises inside and outside the development group

• Performing annual feedbacks and creating measurable goals for staff members
