• Provisioning, configuring, and troubleshooting virtual machines (VMs).

• Ensuring high availability and performance of virtualized systems.

2. Management and Maintenance of SCCM (System Center Configuration Manager):

• Deploying and managing software, applications, and updates across the organization using SCCM.

• Performing operating system updates and patch management.

• Ensuring compliance with security and regulatory standards through SCCM

. 3. Scripting Skills:

• Proficiency in scripting languages like PowerShell and VBScript.

• Writing and maintaining scripts to automate routine tasks, system management, and troubleshooting.

4. Troubleshooting:

• Diagnosing and resolving technical issues related to the infrastructure, virtualization, and systems. • Conducting root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions.

5. Familiarity with HP Hardware: • Knowledge of HP server and hardware components, especially if the bank uses HP equipment in its infrastructure.
