Salesforce Administrator

As Infinidat’s EMEA & APJ regions continue to grow, we are looking for a highly motivated and skilled Sales Operations Admin to join our team. The Sales Operations Admin will provide analytical and operational support to our sales team, helping drive revenue growth and optimize our sales processes. The ideal candidate will have experience in sales operations, data analysis, and strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain sales reports, dashboards, and performance metrics to support sales operations and management.
• Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement and communicate findings to the sales team and other stakeholders.
• Collaborate with sales leadership to forecast and track sales results and provide insights into performance against targets.
• To improve efficiency and effectiveness, Help optimize our sales processes, including lead management, deal management, and sales forecasting.
• Maintain and improve our CRM system, ensuring the accuracy of data and proper use of the system by sales team members.
• Support the onboarding and training new sales team members on sales processes and tools.
• Work with other departments, such as marketing and finance, to ensure alignment of sales goals and objectives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree.
• 3+ years of experience in sales operations, business analytics, or related field.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis and reporting tools, such as Excel or Salesforce.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with sales teams, senior management, and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of sales processes and methodologies, with experience in lead management, deal management, and sales forecasting.
• Experience with CRM systems, such as Salesforce
• Experience with ERP systems, such as NetSuite (preferred)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability for results.
• The ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
