VP Sales & Marketing

To a group of companies in that creates advanced electromechanical and electrical solutions to military and industry high end customers.

 As a VP Sales: You will be responsible for building, leading, and setting the overall sales strategy for the company and will be a key member of the senior leadership team leading profitable growth of the business.

 Reporting to the CEO, you will:

 🔹Lead the overall sales strategy for the company sales, coverage models, market segment strategy, competitive differentiation, pricing, and customer offerings

🔹Meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume, market share, budget and other key financial performance objectives.

🔹 Develop and track sales forecasts, goals and corresponding initiatives based upon overall strategy, market conditions and operational capabilities

🔹Developing and executing sales plans and strategies to achieve the revenue goals

🔹Build and train a highly capable team

🔹 Collaborate with other functions to identify, evaluate, prioritize, and commercialize products / modules that satisfy customer needs

Ideally you have: 

🔹5-7 years of experience in a similar role

🔹Experience in The Israeli defense industry-must

🔹Experience in the military industry abroad - advantage

🔹High level of technological orientation - mandatory

🔹Proven Success with establishing sales organization and processes

🔹Bachelor's degree in engineering field, Master's degree in a business-related field – advantage
