Ad Ops Specialist

We are a global advertising media company, supporting brands engage with their audiences in-game.

As we keep growing, we are looking for an Ad Ops Specialist to join our Revenue Growth team in Tel Aviv.

If you love internet & mobile apps, passionate about numbers & data, and have excellent analytical and interpersonal skills, this position is a fit for you.

As Ad Ops Specialist you will manage the company's growing display revenue stream, execute marketing campaigns to drive revenues, and analyze the performance of our growing in-game marketplace.

An ideal candidate is a tech-savvy person with strong analytical skills and a passion for technology.

Main Responsibilities:

● Grow and nurture GrowinTech's display revenue stream.

● Create new opportunities with our clients on behalf of GrowinTech.

● Deep analysis and optimization across various platforms.

● Initiate and lead strategic projects in front of our demand partners and app developers.

Requirements:

● 1-2 years of relevant work experience.

● Strong analytical & technical skills.

● Understanding of digital marketing terms & best practices.

● Proficient in and experience with data analysis tools & Excel.

● Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

● Strong interpersonal skills: ability to work independently and in a team environment & self-learning ability.

● Advantage - Experience in Display advertising.

● Advantage - Additional languages.

This is a full-time position.

Hybrid – Tel Aviv office.
