We are hiring a Help Desk Administrator, Temp. position for 3 month

The Help desk Administrator will be responsible for answering wide range of technical IT issues, with high level of permissions of organization’s platforms such Office365 and much more.

Responsibilities

• Leading tech solution to end user in all aspects (Windows 10/11, Operating system, antivirus, VPN, printers, security systems etc)
• Provide Day to day support and response to service incidents
• Diagnose and resolve IT technical issues involving internet connectivity and servers issues
• Provide support for the entire organization (Locally and Remotely)
• A high level of satisfaction with IT help requests from users
• Technical skills with SharePoint platform
  
  

• 1-2 years of business/ military experience as a PC-Technician/Help-Desk (One drive, Share point, Teams)
• Deep knowledge of Win10/11 system
• Proficiency in English is required
