About The Role:

• Drive and execute marketing programs to fuel our ambitious growth goals and expand our brand awareness
• This is a hands-on role, in which you'll build marketing strategies, identify new initiatives and have complete end-to-end marketing ownership
• Oversee and manage the implementation of marketing programs across different channels (content, PR, web, social, events, performance, etc)
• Define and manage marketing KPI’s. Evaluate available data to determine which channels are the best referral sources
• Lead the marketing team in the creation of compelling content for our blog, podcast, social channels, and virtual events
• Support programs to reinforce and build the brand positioning
• Manage Social Media and Communities

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in a similar role in a B2B SaaS experience - must
• Experience in forming and executing marketing strategies
• Strong knowledge of enterprise marketing tactics, strategies and best practices
• Ability to measure, analyze, execute, and improve marketing programs
• Track record of success delivering pipeline and revenue outcomes
• Self-starter with the ability to use data and industry insights to make strategic decisions
• Outstanding communicator, thinkשer and collaborator
• Ability to work independently and manage cross-organizational projects in a fast-paced environment
• Strong experience running drip campaigns, lead scoring, and overall lead nurture programs to deliver leads
• Experience with marketing/automation tools for execution, reporting and analytics
• Strong customer-facing and presentation skills with the ability to establish credibility with executives
