Process Engineering Team Leader

Our Engineering team is responsible for leading the connection between technology, innovation and design to the production.

Our goal is to provide a quality and professional service to production that prevents faults in advance on the one hand and solves them in real-time on the other hand.

We are looking for a Process Engineering Team leader that will be responsible for leading a team of process and automation engineers throughout the entire production process, responsibility for continuous improvement of processes, equipment, yield and quality, introduction of new processes and problem solving.

Responsibilities:

• Leading a team of process engineers responsible for production departments.
• SPC - data analysis and control of process capability indicators CP, CPK.
• Leading PCBA production process from design level -DFA (design for assembly) analysis to production level- machine assembly (SMT, AOI, XRAY, WAVE).
• Determining data based KPIs to improve the efficiency of production processes.
• Managing routines in the production departments with the definition of KPI improvement targets.
• Continuous monitoring and improvement of the FPY.
• Leading automation & robotics-based projects in production processes for quality and efficiency improvement.
• Designing automation lines & mechanisms.
• Leading build and adaptation of automatic production lines to new products and improving existing manufacturing methods for mass production.
• Leading process failure investigation using Problem solving methodology.
• Process window using DOE methods.
• Leading validation processes in multidisciplinary projects.
• VSM - defining the production steps for production lines.

Requirements:

• Chemical / Materials / SW/ Mechanical Engineer- Master's Degree is an advantage.
• Experience of at least 5 years in a multidisciplinary production plant.
• Experience with PCBA assembly machines (SMT, AOI, XRAY, WAVE).
• Management and project management experience.
• Direct managerial experience of 5-10 employees.
• Experience with V&V methods as DQ, IQ, OQ, PQ – Advantage.
• Experience with DFX- Design for assembly and automation from PCBA to system level.
• Knowledge of JMP- advantage.
• Excellent human relations.
• Experience in automation lines design.
• High proficiency in the English language.
