You will be performing a variety of routine and non-routine accounting functions with significant focus on General Ledger accounting. This position is also responsible for supporting the Controller in conducting key activities such as Month-End and Quarter-End close, Fixed Assets, Account Reconciliations and Audits.

• Cars Invoices
• Employees related invoices
• Softwares invoices
• 3 way match invoices (MKT Hygiene)
• 3 way match invoices (Cogs Hygiene)
• Approve system invoices (Hygiene brands)
• Freight invoices
• Proforma invoices-match tax inv after the payment
• Stock Inv booking (Hygiene factories)
• Non Stock Inv booking (Hygiene factories)
• Payments-3 cycles a month
• Payments to vendors
• Tax authority certificates - to foreign payments
• Month end
• Bank movements reco
• Expense prepaid booking and reco
• Fixed asset booking and reco JDE to Ram Nihul
• Employees salary ledger reco
• FX – Foreign Vendors
• Notes Payable reco
• ICO Statements checking
• 856 annual report
• PA invoices – reporting to VAT
• Travelling abroad – invoices + reco to Kol Natun software
  
  

Requirements

Bookkeeper Level 2 must

Previous experience in customers/suppliers accounting

Good knowledge of English
