Your role will be crucial in managing and growing our existing customer accounts, ensuring satisfaction, and aligning our services with their business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and grow existing customer accounts by understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.

- Ensure customer satisfaction and success through proactive check-ins, training, and feedback collection.

- Collaborate with sales and product teams to ensure a unified approach to customer success.

Qualifications:

- 1-2 years of experience in account management, customer success, or entrepreneurship background

- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
