We are constantly growing and are excited to share that we are looking for a Growth Product Manager to join our team!
As a Product Growth Manager, you will be responsible for leveraging the principles of Product-Led Growth to optimize user acquisition, activation, retention, and revenue generation across our platform.
Responsibilities:
- Be customer obsessed, challenge everything, strive for perfection but know how to deliver on time.
- Develop and execute product-led growth strategies to drive user acquisition, activation, and retention with careful attention to ROI-based decision making principles.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and data analytics, to identify growth opportunities and prioritize initiatives.
- Deliver product features from inception to production, ensuring high-quality, timely delivery while demonstrating its impact.
- Conduct data analysis and user research to gain insights into user behavior, identify pain points, and develop data-driven solutions to help our customers win the markets.
- Drive experimentation and A/B testing to optimize user flows and conversion rates.
- Work closely with the Product Management team to define and execute product enhancements and feature launches that align with the company's growth objectives.
- Together with the product analysis team, monitor key metrics and performance indicators to measure the effectiveness of growth initiatives and make data-informed decisions that drive revenue & habit.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in Product-Led Growth to continuously improve our growth strategies.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in product management from leading tech companies, with a focus on product-led growth. Actual product growth experience is a plus.
- Strong understanding of Product-Led Growth principles and best practices.
- Strong UX capabilities and professional experience with the likes of Figma, Sketch.
- Proven & demonstrable track record of driving growth and achieving business objectives through product-led strategies.
- Excellent analytical skills and proficiency in data-driven decision-making.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively across cross-functional teams.
- Great attention to detail coupled with the experience of seeing the bigger picture, prioritize competing needs and providing extreme clarity to your team and partners.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, adapting to changing priorities and requirements.
