Technical Writer

A unicorn in the making is looking for the most enthusiastic, talented and passionate technical writer to join the magic circle.

We are in stealth mode, busy creating the first all-in-one digital workflow platform for agile security teams. Using our platform, organizations easily turn piles of security findings into actions and have all of their risk reduction tasks organized in one place, so that finally everyone can be on top of things and security can get done.

We are looking for an exceptional and passionate technical writer to be responsible for the way our product communicates with our users :)

We believe that should speak for itself, we take it seriously, and intend to deliver an outstanding result!

You will also take part in writing basic code samples and tutorials, and video scripts for how to use the product. Our audience varies from cyber security professionals to developers and devops.

Responsibilities:

• Overall responsibility for the product terminology, documentation and written interactions with the users
• Develop and maintain knowledge base and documentation.
• Develop product content such as scripted demo, movies and walkthrough guides.
  
  

• At least 3 years of proven hands-on experience in writing technical documentation
• Some engineering background to hold a technical discussion
• Ability to study and understand the functionality of our product
• Experience with authoring tools (when needed) and working with R&D on implementing documentation and context aware help in the product
• Ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and make them easily understandable in text and pictures
• Native English speakers that are well articulated in writing.
