Senior Product Manager

We are looking for a Product Manager who is passionate about his work. The Product Manager will own processes related to the product life cycle from identification of the need, business case assessment, and business vertical expansion, through driving the development process and owning the release process including pricing, go-to-market strategy, marketing, and operative aspects.

What You Will Be Doing

• Identifying the potential business cases through intensive literature review, surveys and customer's voice.
• New vertical market
• Strong customer-facing and presentations skills
• Collecting solution requirements including strong analytic skills, and very strong documentation skills.
• Tailoring the solution with R&D teams: from feasibility evaluation (for new products/solutions), preparing MRD and PRD and follow-up through the product life cycle
• Drive all relevant teams- R&D, NPI, Marketing, Operations, Customer Support, Application Engineers, Regional teams - for successful products/solutions development, launch and adaptation.
• Strong marketing and messaging skills: ability to correctly identify the solution’s value proposition, including competitive analysis skills and the ability to articulate this in a clear manner.
• Capability to analyze and monitor different business aspects including ASP, GM, competition, market and regions’ performance.
  
  

• Experience and a passion for 3D modeling, want to change, and influence the business and global market
• 7+ years
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Engineering, or a related field.
• Self-driven and ability to work with minimal direction
• Excellent presentation and public speaking skills
• Strong decision-making skills
• Deep customer empathy and ability to identify customer needs
• Team player - excellent interpersonal, communication and cross-group skills, including working in matrix environment
  
  

• Broad product management process knowledge (advantage)
• 5+ years of experience in product/project management (advantage) or other go-to market or customer facing positions with global public companies.
• Experience working with R&D teams (advantage)
