Assistant Financial Controller

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparations of quarterly and yearly financial statements

• Assist in preparations of annual tax report

• Ensure accuracy over financial transactions

• Participation in month-end closing process. analyze balances/expenses

• Assist with preparation & analysis of monthly Budget Vs. Actual

• Cashflow management

• Prepare & file Tax reports according to applicable government regulations

• Assist with the company's Inventory Management

• manage the company's shipping & logistics: Import, Export and Drop-Shipping

• Work with external auditor during year-end audits

• Supports the CEO in all accounting-related and operation activities

• Assist with Ad-Hoc tasks and projects

Requirements

• CPA from a Big 5 accounting firm - Must

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, mix of Big 4 public accounting and industry experience - an advantage

• Bachelor's degree in accounting-Must

• Proficient with Excel-Must

• High level of English-Must

• Time and tasks management skills, ability to meet deadlines

• Ability to work in a fast-paced working environment

• Strong attention to details

• Collaborative, open minded and able to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.

• Experience in a similar role in a global company - an advantage

• Experience with Oracle NetSuite ERP / working with ERP systems - an advantage
