Junior Software Engineer (Delivery)

We’re looking for a Junior Software Developer to join our growing team and be responsible for the successful onboarding of HiredScore’s clients while improving the evolving delivery process as well as infrastructure and services.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Working within project planning constraints, communicating any identified project risks and issues to the delivery/project manager accordingly, and providing inputs to the change control process.
• Work on enabling features for new customers and supporting the implementation process.
• Develop custom solutions to various F500 clients.
• Ability to work on the development of multiple projects at a time, identify risks, and scope creep and ensure development is completed according to priority
• Designing automated solutions in accordance with standard design principles and conventions.
• Configuring new automated processes and developing new tools and infrastructures that are efficient, well structured, maintainable, and easy to understand.
• Shows initiative and proactively problem-solves, improves processes and/or escalates risks
  
  

• BSc in Computer Science or relevant IDF or relevant Bootcamp experience.
• At least 1 years of industry experience in software engineering/Automation development in Python
• Creating software with built-in quality (SOLID, Tests, Separation of Concerns, etc.).
• Excellent English communication skills, both oral and written.
• Ability to work independently and in dynamic startup environments.
• Organized and methodical - able to eliminate product obstacles through creative and adaptive approaches.
• Demonstrated ability to handle day-to-day work challenges confidently; willing and able to adjust to multiple demands, shifting priorities, and rapid change. Must be resilient in the face of constraints, frustrations, or adversity.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment; works well under pressure.
• Strong analytical skills required, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into the application and operational requirements.
• Loves tech, working with smart people, and solving complex problems.
  
  

• Experience with NoSQL databases (MongoDB).
• Experience with micro-services architecture and k8s.
• Process-focused, with strong problem-solving ability - always looking for better ways to achieve a goal.
• Team player with the ability to self-manage and execute projects from scratch.
• Knowledge of JIRA.
