Responsibilities

• Involvement in technical suppliers’ selection and defining processes for cutting-edge technologies.
• Solve production issues and a focal point for technical risk assessment.
• Planning and execution of multi-projects of catheter sub-assembly production.
• Understand and prioritize the project's technical requirements from different sources.
• Transfer to the production process, synchronize production according to the project plan, manage the manufacturing process of prototypes, and define production process requirements.
• Ensures that product processes meet manufacturing requirements Interface with manufacturing subcontractors. Build the manufacturing production line, with input from other organization departments.
  
  

• Bachelor's degree in Materials/ Mechanics/ Electrical Engineering.
• 3-5 years of hands-on experience with NPI, glues, composite materials, and printed circuit processes.
• Experience with root cause analysis and technical problem-solving.
• Experience with mechanical modeling & CAD software such as SolidWorks - Advantage
• Experience in production engineering, working with subcontractors, mass production process, experience writing documentation.
• Experience in the medical device industry – Advantage.
• Excellent leadership and multi-tasking skills, team player, Self-motivated, and project-oriented.
