We’re looking for a skilled and experienced Business Operations Team Leader to join our rapidly growing Monetization department, that works at the core of Moon Active’s business, optimizing our game experience and driving revenue.

As a Business Operations Team Leader, you’ll be responsible for leading a part of one of the most complex operational departments within a leading game studio, that’s ranked as the top grossing apps globally. You’ll lead the department’s work processes along with multiple stakeholders, and ensure that all objectives are aligned with our business goals.

Responsibilities

• Establish, shape and maintain the Business Operations department in order to create a smooth process for reaching business targets.
• Lead project roadmaps to support the hyper growth of the business.
• Work cross-functionally with Monetization, Product Management, R&D, Technical Operations, Tech Art and other teams to ensure the successful launch and implementations of key initiatives within the studio.
• Manage the scope and schedule of resources towards key initiatives.
• Ensure all status, risks and open issues of business projects are tracked.
• Organize team meetings to update, identify and resolve issues and provide the status to senior management.
  
  

• 2+ years of experience as a manager.
• Experience as a Business Operations/Project Manager in hi-tech.
• Proven understanding in analytical and business concepts.
• Proven experience in leading end-to-end crossed teams projects and planning complex projects in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
