Job description

• Design and synthesis of small molecules/ polymers/ polymer modifications.

• Support the R&D activities related to all chemical aspects of product development.

• Contribute scientific expertise to design and implement studies to support early-stage

development programs and progression of late stage requirements.

• Develop formulations to support 3D bioprinting.

• Conduct experiments in lab, evaluate results and establish manufacturing process.

• Implement professional skills gained while demonstrating independent judgment

abilities.

• Summarize and review study results, protocols, and reports.

• Anticipate, identify, and work collaboratively to resolve issues affecting progression of

studies.

• Participate in cross-functional development-team activities.

• Implements professional skills gained while demonstrating independent judgment

ability.

Education and experience requirements

• Ph.D. in Organic Chemistry/ polymer science.

• A minimum of 3 years experience in chemical/pharma/biotech or similar industry.

• Experience in planning, conducting and monitoring research .

• Experience in writing scientific reports. Advantage: NMR, IR, Rheology
