What you should have:

• Excellent communication skills
• 10+ year’s experience with Realtime development, C\C++
• Experience with Linux (user space/Kernel space), Communication, Cellular, LTE / NR, docker, K8S
• 5+ years of managerial experience (group management, managing managers)
• International team management
• Experience with product delivery

Responsibility:

• Leading SW development of Platform SW group, consisting of ~30SW engineers
• Mentoring TL/first line mangers, the group consist of teams in Israel, India, Ukraine & UK
• Responsibility includes roadmap development and field issue coming from live deployment
• Responsible also for SW quality & hiring
• Interfaces with peers in R&D and product

Education:

• B.Sc BA in Computer Science/Electrical or Telecommunication Engineering
• M.Sc in equal fields- Advantage
