Senior Business Finance Manager

Israel, Hod H'sharon

Responsibility for analyzing finance results, building the monthly and yearly budgets, acting as a trusted business partner with the business and brand teams.

Leading the monthly and annual budget processes by completing the Global and Area reporting activities and being in connection with Region and Area.

The position includes finance analyst management.

Reporting to the Finance Director

At least a bachelor's degree in economics/accounting/. A master's degree is an advantage.

At least 3-4 years in financial planning in a multinational/global company.

Strong experience in additional areas of finance will be an advantage (FP&A / Accounting).

Excellent analytical abilities, alongside the ability for integration and a broad and strategic view.

Excellent control of Excel software - dealing with a large database, control of financial formulas, pivots, efficiency processes, charts, experience in Power BI .

Experience in preparing and delivering presentations on PP in front of managements in Israel and abroad.

Excellent English, including the ability for presentations.

Excellent Time Management And Prioritization Skills.

very high organizational skills, attention to detail and punctuality alongside a broad and comprehensive vision, flexibility in solving problems that arise, a positive and proactive attitude.
