R&D Project Manager

Description

We are looking for a passionate Project Manager to join our R&D team.

As an R&D Project Manager, you will work closely with our R&D teams to plan and execute projects, ensuring that they are delivered on time and meet our high-quality standards. You will be responsible for the planning, execution, and delivery of our projects across the R&D organization. You will play a critical role in the success of our technology and product initiatives, managing risks, tracking progress, and communicating with partners and stakeholders. If you're a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Manager with experience in a dynamic engineering environment and love to get things done, we want you on our team.

WHAT AM I GOING TO DO?

• Own project execution end to end - develop and manage project plans, schedules, milestones, KPIs, and resource allocations for R&D projects.
• Work closely with R&D teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Ensure that projects are delivered on time with a focus on technical excellence and top-quality delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Product, Design, Data, and Business to ensure successful project completion.
• Track and report on project progress to senior management and stakeholders.
• Identify and manage project dependencies and critical paths.
• Manage project risks and issues, and develop contingency plans as required.
  
  

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in project management in a technological environment.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering or in a related field - an advantage.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
• High familiarity with software development lifecycle and ecosystem.
• Can-do attitude, ability to work independently in a high cadence dynamic environment.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proven track record of delivering R&D projects on time and within scope.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Experience in software development is an advantage.
