The Role

Junior-experienced designers (2-4 years of experience. Senior designers - please do not apply).

We are seeking a creative and skilled Product Designer to join our team.

As a Product Designer, you will play a crucial role in shaping the user experience and visual identity of our products. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to conceptualize, design, and deliver exceptional user-centric solutions.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to understand project goals and user needs.
• Independent worker capable of leading projects from start to finish and work as a single product designer in the company.
• Create user-centered design concepts, wireframes, prototypes, and mockups that effectively communicate product functionality and aesthetics.
• Develop and maintain design guidelines, ensuring consistency across all products and platforms.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to iterate on designs and enhance user satisfaction.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, design best practices, and emerging technologies to continually improve our design processes.
• Present and communicate design decisions to team members and stakeholders, explaining the rationale behind your work.
• Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs and provide support throughout the development cycle.

Qualifications:

• 2 years of experience with B2B applications: design & research - a must.
• 2-4 years of experience as a Product Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design process and projects

• Worked in an agile startup environment (strong advantage)
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma (must), Adobe Creative Suite- nice to have
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and usability best practices.
• Experience with user research methodologies, including user interviews, surveys, and usability testing.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across disciplines.
• Knowledge of front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
• knowledge in Cloud infrastructure is a plus 
• Knowledge with animation / 3D is a plus
