Inventory Planner

Metzer group, a leader in irrigation solutions and plastics, seeks an experienced inventory planner for production planning and supervision of material and product flow processes at the company’s various production departments.

The offices and manufacturing plant are located in Kibbutz Merzer.

RESPONSIBILITIES

·        Working under the head of production planning and control

·        Active partnership in the efficient drafting of production plans so as to meet client needs and target costs

·        Responsible for inventory planning, management, and analysis in the various warehouses and the production process

·        Interfacing closely with production, logistics, and marketing entities

·        Building an optimized weekly workplan and setting a supply schedule for the production departments

·        Handling ongoing problems that arise during production, and responding as part of addressing client needs

REQUIREMENTS

·        At least 2 years proven experience in a production planning and control entity at an industrial company – MUST

·        Command of computer applications – MUST

·        Familiar with agriculture, irrigation, and/or plastics sectors – MAJOR ADVANTAGE

·        Fast learner

·        Familiar with Priority – MUST

·        Good command of English

·        Excellent interpersonal communication
